Mr. Shemilis Adugna, President of the Ethiopian Red Cross Society and Vice President of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies for Africa made a presentation to National Capital Area staff, volunteers and friends December 12 at Chapter headquarters in Fairfax, VA.
